Legend Maker Training

 Train Smart. Move Better. Get Stronger.


Legend Maker isn’t just about training—it’s about building a body that serves you for life.


This program works alongside our Habit Coaching service and is not a weight loss plan. If you’re looking to “burn off calories” or use exercise as a quick fix for fat loss, this isn’t for you.


Instead, Legend Maker is for those who want to train with purpose—to improve heart health, build lean muscle, get stronger, and move better, all while working on the habits that actually lead to long-term success.


Training should support your life, not be the thing you rely on for weight loss. That’s why our Habit Coaching focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes, while our training helps you become physically stronger, fitter, and more capable—for the long haul.

How It Works

 You get access to 3 structured training sessions per week, designed to improve strength, power, and conditioning—without spending hours in the gym.


Each session is just 30 minutes, because we know your time is valuable. You come in, get the work done, and get on with your day—stronger than when you walked in 

Strength Training (Session 1)

 Build lean muscle and increase overall strength with progressive, structured lifting. 

Conditioning (Session 2)

 Boost your cardiovascular fitness with high-intensity, functional workouts designed to improve endurance and increase work capacity. 

Power Training (Session 3)

 Focus on explosive strength and athleticism, lifting heavier weights with lower reps to build power without burnout. 


Each session is small-group based (only 4 people per session) so you get personal coaching without the time-wasting fluff.

Set Training Days & Times

Option 1 – Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

Pick from these time slots for all 3 sessions:

  • 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM
  • 6:45 AM - 7:15 AM
  • 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM  

Option 2 – Monday, Wednesday & Friday

 Pick from these time slots for all 3 sessions:

  • 6:45 AM - 7:15 AM
  • 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM

We offer 6-week programs as well as longer-term options, and the cost will depend on your unique needs and goals.


We don’t do one-size-fits-all plans—your training, support, and coaching are built around you.

That said, habit coaching is what ensures you’re making real, long-term progress—so if you’re unsure where to start, we can discuss the best option for you.
