This isn’t your average gym. Alpha Apes Training is for men who want to get brutally strong, build resilience, and push past limits they didn’t think possible.
We don’t waste time with fancy machines or cookie-cutter workouts. We lift heavy, we train hard, and we get results. Whether you’re here to build raw strength, drop fat without losing muscle, or pack on serious size, we’ve got you covered—with a training style built for real men who want real results.
But this isn’t just about getting stronger—it’s about becoming your strongest self. With my full support in training, nutrition, and mindset, you’ll push past your limits and rebuild the fire inside you.
We go heavy with sandbags, from 20kg up to 135kg. This is about raw, functional strength—lifting, carrying, and moving awkward, heavy weight. We finish every session with the 100 Push-Up Challenge—because strength isn’t just about lifting, it’s about endurance too.
This is all about explosive strength, speed, and agility. Expect split jerks, clean and jerks, and heavy landmine work. If you want to move with power, this is where you build it.
Fridays are our hybrid days—we mix heavy kettlebells, sandbags, and sometimes deadlifts. Some sessions, we hit all three, depending on the lads and the energy in the room. Either way, you’re leaving stronger than you came in.
On the big lift days, we hit most of the major muscle groups, but it’s impossible to train everything in one session. That’s where Accessory Days come in.
These sessions are designed to fill in the gaps—targeting the muscles that don’t always get enough attention while also reinforcing the smaller muscles that support the bigger lifts.
For example, biceps help with heavy sandbag pulls, triceps assist in pressing, and grip strength is essential for handling kettlebells.
While big lifts recruit a lot of muscle, they don’t always hit rear shoulders, calves, core, or grip to the degree needed for max strength, power, and injury prevention. That’s why we take time to shore up every weak link.

Let’s be real—yes. Like with anything physical, injuries can happen. But in most cases, it’s due to pre-existing issues or poor movement patterns from years of doing things wrong.
Can I promise you an injury-free journey? No. No one can. But I can promise you this:
If you’re carrying an old injury, we’ll work around it while keeping you moving safely and effectively.

🔹 Your first two weeks – You’re under my wing. I keep a close eye on your technique, movement, and current strength levels.
🔹 After two weeks – I’ve got a solid understanding of where you are and where you can be—and that’s when we start closing the gap.
Don’t mistake me training with you for me not coaching you. If I see something off, I stop my set to correct yours. My #1 priority is making sure you get the most out of every session.
