Having worked with Steveo previously when he was a PT, when I came to the realisation that I was yet again stuck in a cycle of bad eating habits, too much reliance on wine and chocolate to manage stress and very little exercise I knew he was the coach to help me turn things around as I worked towards building a healthier version of me.

Steveo is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about what he does, and you won’t find a coach more dedicated to making sure each and every one of his clients reaches their goals. He is constantly learning and improving his own knowledge which isn’t something you always see with other coaches. His approach is flexible and not a one size fits all. He works hard to make sure he understands you, what external factors are impacting your life and quickly takes steps to adapt the weekly plans if they aren’t working for you. 

As a single parent working full time, I have little time to spare, but Steveo has helped me look at prioritising time for myself and always has suggestions on how to implement the actions needed. He has helped me address the reasons why my bad habits were there and has given me strategies on how to manage these better. My eating habits have improved greatly with a focus on quality nutrition, I’ve lost weight and inches, and by strength training 3 times a week with Steveo, I’ve also greatly improved my physical health. In the last week, despite being quite a few years older than when I last trained, I’ve just smashed 2 PB’s in the sessions.

One of the biggest benefits from working with Steveo as a coach has been the shift in my mindset. In the past I was always looking for the latest diet that would give instant, fast results but these were unsustainable and always ended up putting more weight back on. Steveo has helped me realise that it is the small consistent changes that are key to improving my health long term and reaching my weight loss goals. Steveo has also helped me understand the negative impact that not managing stress and poor sleep were having on my health and preventing me from reaching my goals. We are now working on long term strategies to improve these and I feel so much better for it.

I cannot recommend working with Steveo highly enough. He is so supportive and if things don’t go to plan, he’s right there helping you look at the reasons why and finding ways to avoid it happening again. There is never any judgement and he will take things at your pace. Have I made things sound quite serious? I should also say that you will have the best time working with Steveo. Whilst deadly serious about helping you reach your goals, he is a lot of fun to work with and maybe even slightly crazy at times! If you are on the fence about working with a coach, pick up the phone and have a no pressure chat with Steveo. Just do it, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain!
